The Club HOA Board Meeting Minutes. 9/10/2026

Present: Brent Anderson, Sean Carlson, Scott Ingham and Jean Stephenson

Brent Anderson and Scott Ingham will now have access to the HOA bank account to keep an eye on our finances.

Sean is still looking at bids for painting balcony railings. This process may now wait for spring. 

A couple decks need resurfacing due to some areas of water pooling. Sean will assess the condition of our balcony surfaces to see what repairs are needed.

Sean is putting up the address numbers after our meeting today. He is also putting up new No Trespassing signs.

Alarm system is working but some wires will be replaced.

Exit signs in hallways to be replaced.

Rope handles on garage doors will be replaced. 

Window washing has been completed.

Need for EV chargers will be reassessed when needed.

This is what we last discussed on this issue in September 2024.

Anyone interested in wiring for EV chargers in the garage should contact Dustin of GreenSide Electric (801-864-0435) individually. Thereafter, there would be a $60 HOA monthly fee.

Dustin was waiting to hear back from Rocky Mountain Power to see how much our grid can handle.
