Minutes for The Club monthly Board Meeting
August 17, 2017 1:00 PM
Board members in attendance: JH, JM, JG, and SD Dastrup.
- Completed:
- Both sides of the garage have been power-washed.
- Second floor common area drywall repair and painting is wrapping up. This was mistakenly reported as complete in last month’s notes.
- SD has distributed updated rental cap rules to all owners.
- Security camera installation in both sides of the garage by Elite Security.
- A new automatic sprinkler control panel with improved features was installed.
- Window washing.
- Topics discussed:
- The Board reviewed some of the required information we need to provide Firetrol in the event of a triggered fire alarm.
- The Board is responding to residents’ concerns, and voted to add language to the House Rules concerning balcony cleaning, plant-watering, etc...
- Future maintenance and to-do items:
- Blue recycling can washing was delayed, but will be completed by August 31.
- SD will be meeting with a representative from Ornamental Iron to gather more information for adding an additional security barrier to the top of the fence behind The Club.
- SD will arrange for carpet-stain removal on the fourth floor caused recently by moving activity.
- Painting of the south and east-facing balcony railings should be finished by August 31.
- Fourth floor deck maintenance should also be finished by August 31.
