HOA board Meeting
December 9, 2025
Present: Scott Dastrup, Scott Ingham, Brent Anderson, Sean Carlson, Jean Stephenson
*Elevators have a been serviced and parts installed.
*Scott Dastrup will give Sean key to use in elevator door if necessary to open door.
*Scott Dastrup has received bids from 4 roofing companies—Roof Design, D7 Roofing, Kimball Roofing and American Roofing.
*Roof assessment has been done by all these companies and Roof Design has given the best bid. Cost would be $157, 400 for 80 ml membrane with 25 year warranty. Company would also cover 5 year workmanship.
*Work could commence anytime that weather is above 30-35 degrees in the daytime. Work would take about 3 weeks.
*Carpet cleaning will be done in hallways on Dec. 16.
*Painters will do touch up in areas around the condo next week.
*Electrician, Dustin Jenkins, will install “bug-eye’ lights and ballasts in stairways early next year. His bid for that work does not include bulbs and these will be purchased by Sean after lights are installed.
*Sean has list of vendors who usually provide service around our building.
*Resident directory will also be updated.
*Management contract with Sean Carlson will be signed by the end of the year.
*The deductible for HOA insurance needs to be increased from $10,000 to $25,000 or more. Scott Dastrup will follow up further with insurance agent.
