Board members in attendance: Jo Anne Hook, Lani Perkins, Nathan Peters

Non-Smoking Proposal

• The Club will become a non-smoking building
• 73.6% of votes were in favor of becoming a smoke-free property
• An effective date will be communicated once we receive confirmation of filing from the county

Security

• The fencing for the southwest corner of the parking area has been completed
• We will be issuing assessments for the fencing costs, not to exceed more than $500 per unit
• Further information on costs will be communicated in the next few weeks

Building Maintenance

• Exterior of windows will be cleaned next month
• Carpets will be cleaned in June
• We’ve consulted with an interior designer on updating the lobby paint and flooring and are now awaiting plans and estimates

Other

The next monthly HOA meeting will occur Tuesday, June 25th in The Club lobby at 5pm.
