Minutes for The Club monthly Board Meeting

Board members in attendance: JH, JM, JG, and SD.

 

1. Maintenance and other items completed:
2. The bulbs for the motion-sensor floodlight on the northeast exterior have been replaced.
3. The dead bolt lock for the office door in the lobby has been installed.
4. SD was successful in re-negotiating the $8600 Firetrol bill down to $7900. This was for the diagnosis and leak repair performed in August.

 

1. Topics discussed:
2. JG informed attendees of the pink graffiti on top of the keypad post outside the front main entrance.
3. Google has approached JH seeking permission to hold events in our lobby. The board unanimously rejected this proposal; however, residents may see Google’s promotional material occasionally placed on the lobby table, or bulletin board at the north garage entrance. 
4. The board has given SD permission to seek information and bids from private security companies to monitor The Club. A private security company might give The Club and extra layer of protection.
5. Move-in packets will be kept in the office for ready distribution to new residents per JH’s suggestion.
6. The Board discussed potential, city-mandated parking rule changes on 300 East. More information will be announced once the Board learns if, and when, these changes will take place.

2. The blue recycling cans will be washed in April.
3. SD will distribute an outline for the up-coming annual meeting to owners.
