June HOA Board Meeting

Present: Scott Ingham, Scott Dastrup, Brent Anderson, Jean Stephenson
Roofer has been here to fix 4 dryer vents on north side of the building. This was due to an issue with the pigeons.
There has been a leak in the north side of the garage again. This has been due to a broken cast iron pipe. Pipe has been replaced and sheetrock repair and painting still needs to be done in the garage ceiling.
Fees such as move-in fees and parking passes will now be deposited to Fidelity account automatically.
Hallway carpets will be cleaned June 24.
Electrician will be checking battery emergency lights in the hallway on June 17.
Roof inspection has been completed—will follow up to get report.
Ballots will be going out for approval r/t increased fees for building up reserve account. After approval, plan is to start fee increase August 1. We are looking at an increase of $1.00 per square foot of each unit. ( This cost will be applied monthly $.083 cents psf monthly)
Signs will be put up to direct package delivery to hallway area. Security camera now in place to monitor the packages. There will probably be a learning curve for both delivery people and residents to get used to this new system.
We are also looking at a different fire alarm system company. We will be looking at a couple bids, and more info will be available as we have it.
