The Club HOA board meeting
Present: Scott Dastrup, Scott, Ingham,, Brent Anderson and Jean Stephenson
Status of our roof remains a concern. Proposals are in process to see what is needed, now or in the near future, hopefully in the next year or two. Roof has already exceeded expectations in how long we have been able to keep it in good repair.
Signs will be posted about use of security cameras.
Leak in the north garage is still being investigated.
Battery emergency lights in the hallways still need to be checked by electrician.
Ballots are still coming in related to increase of HOA fees.
Crawford door recently repaired the south garage door. Springs needed to be replaced. As this is a recurring concern, Scott Dastrup is purchasing an extra set of springs at a cost of $130 each.
We are looking at changing fire alarm system company. We have already been using Firetrol company, but will also look at using the same company we are using for the security cameras. Scott Kemp of that company is preparing a proposal.
Blue light security alarm in parking area west of the building is a concern to residents on that side of the building. Will continue to monitor this situation.
