HOA Board Meeting 4/14/2026
Present: Brent Anderson, Scott Ingham, Sean Carlson and Jean Stephenson
HOA board will have access to view financial accounts with management company by end of month.
A couple security cameras are still not working properly. Scott Kemp is working on that issue.
Sean is working on certification of fire alarm panel.
Paint touch up is in process—hope to be completed by Monday.
Roof is completed, but still needs inspection for extended warranty.
Bids will be obtained for balcony railing painting.
Assessment still needs to be done for ivy removal on north side of building.
We will get bids—window washing may be done in June.
Touch up painting will be completed on May 2 or 3. Individual front doors could be painted for cost of $100–info will be sent out on that so individual owners can contact the painter on their own. Email sent to homeowners about this with painter contact information.
We will also be putting larger address number on the building in the front for better visibility.
Next board meeting May 13 at 4:00.
