Club HOA board meeting March 2026
Present: Sean Carlson, Brent Anderson, Scott Ingham and Jean Stephenson
Roof replacement still in process—should be completed in two weeks or so.
We are looking at a new company to do leaf cleanup, turning on sprinklers, etc.( things that Sean has been doing in the past)
Reviewed profit and loss statement with Sean. Copy will be sent to owners via email along with annual meeting agenda. This will include financial review of 2026. No projects are planned for 2026 along with no increase in HOA fees. Directory of owner information will be included in email.
As owners have been informed already, insurance costs have increased.
Annual Meeting will be conducted via Zoom.
There are now cell phones in the elevators for emergency use as we no longer have analog landline for that purpose.
We are looking at touch up painting to be done around the building. Also looking at deck maintenance (window washing and painting railings).
Annual meeting scheduled for 6pm on March 18.
