The Club HOA, July 13^th, 2022

Board members in attendance: Nathan Peters, Audrey Neville

Maintenance

·       Dryer vent cleaning has been completed

·       The newly planted tree on the north side is alive and we’re not seeking to replace it at this time

·       The front callbox has been fixed and is functioning as expected

·       Repairs for the north and south garage ceilings will be completed near end-July

Security

·       We received a new proposal from M2 Building Systems for our updated entry system and are continuing to finalize the scope of work

o  This would require new fobs for everyone

Other

·       We are evaluating a lease policy for the overflow parking spaces. We will be sending a survey to gauge interest from owners. The income generated would fund The Club’s operating account.

The next monthly HOA meeting will be Wednesday, August 10^th at 4pm, conducted over Zoom.
