The Club HOA, March 19th, 2019

• The annual meeting will be Wednesday, March 27th at 630pm in The Club lobby
• The proxies to make The Club non-smoking have been distributed—please ensure you send your proxy in if you cannot attend the meeting
• Updated packets will be distributed: directories, financials and pro-forma, lists of repairs

 

• Maintenance
• Entry codes have been reset
• We will consult an interior designer to evaluate the lobby area for paint and tile
• We’re looking at bush options to add in the front outdoor area
• 4th floor carpeting bids are still being worked on

 

• Security
• We will consult Ornamental Design to bid fencing on the south side of the rear parking area.

 

The next monthly HOA meeting will occur Wednesday, April 17th in The Club lobby.
