The Club HOA, July 23rd, 2019

 

Maintenance

• The north hallway air conditioning unit on the 4th floor is currently being replaced
• 4th floor comprehensive paint touch ups are in progress—balcony railings will be done after
• Window exteriors have been washed
• Carpet cleaning was done, but they will be returning for spot cleaning
• Our interior design consultant is finishing up their proposals—we will meet with her next month
• Cleaners have received our feedback and we’ve requested a more specific schedule that we will be monitoring closely

Security

• Assessments for the security upgrades will be sent late August

Other

• Updated house rules have been distributed

 

The next monthly HOA meeting will occur Tuesday, August 27th in The Club lobby at 5pm.
