May 15 HOA Board Meeting

Present: 

Brent Anderson, Scott Ingham, Scott Dastrup, Jean Stephenson



• Security camera upgrade is scheduled for next week.
• Annual roof inspection will also be done next week.
• Owners will be receiving email from Scott Dastrup with ballot concerning raising increased funding for our reserve account.
• A new law with the Department of Commerce will most likely cost the HOA about ninety dollars a year—starts now in May.
• Relating to recent power outage, we discussed protocol for any longer term power disruption. It was determined that at that time, south garage door will remain open. Sean will check status of batteries of our emergency lighting. Scott Dastrup will have electrician, Dustin, assess our emergency hallway lighting and in stairways.
• Hallway carpet cleaning will be scheduled. 
• Next meeting scheduled for June 11 at 4pm.
