The Club HOA Board Meeting 10/13/2026

 Present: Brent Anderson, Sean Carlson, and Jean Stephenson (Scott Ingham excused)

The Club bank account will be with America First rather than Chase. Next deposits will go to America First. Chase account has $9000 right now until the transition.

Fidelity account has $55,918 at this time.

Firetrol panel issues still being assessed —will be looked at further tomorrow.

Sean has been looking at balconies for any needed repairs. He still needs to look at a couple units. He has taken photos and will be getting bids.

 We are looking at decorative lighting in rear patio area. 



Sean will be getting bids for winter snow removal. 

FYI: For all owners, renters and guests, please clean up any messes in elevators, stairways and common areas. Do not leave messes for someone else to deal with. Thank you in advance.
