HOA Board Meeting

Present: Scott Dastrup, Scott Ingham, Brent Anderson, Sean Carlson, Jean Stephenson

Scott Dastrup brought copies of HOA management contract for us to review. We will review and look at any changes needed along with any changes needed with bank accounts. To be discussed further in next meeting. Any necessary changes in CCNR’s will also be reviewed.

Cameras to be installed in north and south hallways for increased security. 

We then went up to the roof to look at placement for spinning bird deflectors—to be installed by Sean.

Next meeting December 9 at 4:00.
