Minutes for The Club monthly Board Meeting
July 13, 2017 1:00 PM
Board members in attendance: JH, JM, JG, and SD.
- Maintenance and other items completed:
- The north garage has been power-washed, and the south garage should be completed by 7/14.
- The carpet cleaning in all common areas has been completed.
- The vegetation on the pergola has been trimmed.
- Second floor common area drywall repair and painting has been completed.
- Topics discussed:
- The Board reviewed the procedures for turning off the fire alarm, the sprinkler system, and the main water supply to the building in the event of an emergency.
- SD will continue his feasibility study of hiring a private security company to monitor The Club.
- The Board discussed the possibility of installing additional security features to the fence, and fence area behind the building
- Future maintenance and to-do items:
- The blue recycling cans will be washed by July 31.
- SD will issue the filed rental cap to all owners by July 31.
- SD will coordinate installation of security cameras in the garage areas with Elite Security. Tentative dates are July 25-26.
- SD will see if the automatic sprinkler system in front has additional time slots available for more frequent watering.
- Painting of the south and east-facing balcony railings has begun.
- Fourth floor deck maintenance will begin by July 17.
- Window washing has been scheduled for July 20.
- Meeting adjourned.
