The Club HOA Board Meeting Notes 10/14/2025

Spinning bird deflectors to be installed on roof.
Hallway ceiling tiles which have damage will be replaced. Will check on status of emergency lights in stairways.
Fidelity account now has $130 K—Contributions being deposited on monthly basis.
A couple spots on the roof have been repaired recently. We will be looking at bids for 25 year roof replacement.
Garage ceiling has been repaired on north side near the front door—to be repainted.
New motor in larger elevator. Electronic device which starts the motor has been set to original setting, which is the same as in place for smaller elevator.
CCNR’s will be reviewed at next meeting, with special attention to moving protocols.
We are still looking at additional cameras in large elevator and north hallways.
Scott Dastrup will be retiring at the end of the year. Owners will be kept informed of new building manager as information is available. Outside water sprinklers were turned off this week.
