HOA Board Meeting 5/13/2026
Present: Brent Anderson, Scott Ingham, Sean Carlson and Jean Stephenson
Completion of roof warranty still in process.
Security cameras are still not working properly. This also has to do with our fire alarm system. Sean is continuing to work with Scott Kemp and also looking at bids from other companies.
Please be aware of any homeless or unauthorized persons in the building—do not let them enter through the lobby door or the garage door.
Paint touch up in common areas has been completed. Owners to contact Tovah Dean individually if they want doorways to their individual units painted on May 23 at cost of $100 each.
Sean will get a bid on painting balcony railings, which will happen during the summer.
Window washing will also be scheduled.
Landscapers will be here on Friday to assess the removal of ivy.
We will look at replacing broken ceiling tiles in the hallways.
Address number 150 will be placed above north garage door and at the front door.
Exterminator has been here to do pest control on the ground floor (garage, etc.)
Emergency back up lighting in the stairways will be checked for battery backup and light bulb replacement as needed. Sean is working with electrician, Dustin Jenkins, on this issue.
We will be replacing some of the rocks in the bare area of the north parking strip.
Balance in Fidelity reserve account is now $31,887.
Next meeting scheduled for June 10th at 4:00.
