HOA Board Meeting 6/10/2026
Present: Scott Ingham, Brent Anderson, Sean Carlson and Jean Stephenson
First order of business: Scott will be ordering some bistro tables and chairs to make our courtyard more comfortable and inviting.
Roof inspection is to be completed by Carlisle company on 6/16.
Painting of balcony railings was last done in 2019. To be scheduled in the near future at cost of $5400.
Ivy removal to start also on 6/16 at an hourly rate.
Sean is still getting bids on window washing.
Hallway ceiling tiles that are broken or damaged will be replaced at cost of $2500.
Antique brass house numbers 150 will be ordered from Home Depot.
Electrician will be working on lighting in stairwells, office and light fixtures in the back. This will include emergency lighting in stairwells.
Pipe repair at the north garage door area has been done at cost of $800.
WE are looking at bids to clean air ducts in hallways and get price for individual units to schedule dryer vent cleaning with same vendor on their own like we did for individual unit door painting.
Reserve account now at $36,600.
We now have 13 units being rented in the building.
Next meeting scheduled for 4:00 on July 15.
