HOA Board Meeting

Present: Scott Dastrup, Scott Ingham, Brent Anderson and Jean Stephenson

Scott Dastrup has received bid from Scott Kemp for upgraded camera security system. Cost for this is $5,500. This includes 6 more cameras, included covering package delivery area. It also includes hard drive, night vision and 32 channel NVR. When these camera are installed, we will start having package delivery in the hallway.

Discussion r/t options to build up our reserve account for purpose of being ready for upcoming cost of roof repair, possible further elevator issues, etc. Cost for each unit will be based on square footage. Everyone will be receiving detailed ballots via email. 

Recent projects to report:

Elevator motor has been rebuilt in the last month. Large elevator is still making noise and will be checked further.

Broken lobby window will be replaced in the next few days.

Roof inspection to be done in the very near future.

Next board meeting May 14 at 4pm.
