HOA Board Meeting 7/15/2026
Present: Brent Anderson, Scott Ingham, Sean Carlson and Jean Stephenson
Pest control will be scheduled again for the ground floor.
Warranty certification for roof replacement is complete.
Monthly financial access for the HOA board is in process. Brent Anderson will have access as the treasurer.
Sean will be sending email to owners about the option of paying HOA dues through electronic bill pay.
Sean is getting more bids for painting of balcony railings.
Ivy removal has been done.
Window washing will be scheduled.
Replacement of damaged hallway ceiling tiles is awaiting arrival of new tiles.
2 or 3 new No Trespassing signs will be placed in front of building.
Emergency lighting installation in stairways has been completed.
Air ducts have been cleaned in common areas.
House number 150 for above garage door to be ordered from Etsy.
Sean is working with Assurance Company to find short in the system with the fire panel.
Next meeting scheduled August 12 at 4pm.
