HOA Board Meeting

Present: Brent Anderson, Scott Ingham, Sean Carlson, Jean Stephenson

We are still looking at roof bid. Sean has been talking to both Roof Design and Carlisle Roofing.Will finalize details, contract and get going on this project soon.

We have $145,900 in reserve account at this time.

Our new management company is now called Astera Management. Checks will still be made out to HOA Club account as we have already been doing. We will be signing new contract with Sean Carlson as our manager.

Next meeting scheduled for 2/10/26 at 4pm.
