Club HOA Board Meeting 8/12/2026

Present: Brent Anderson, Scott Ingham, Sean Carlson and Jean Stephenson

Roof inspection has been done and invoice paid.

Ceiling tiles in hallways that were needing repair have been replaced. 

Pest control has been done.

Still working on financial access for the HOA Board.

Sean is still working with contractor on painting balcony railings.

Window washing to be scheduled with the next couple weeks at cost of $2,250. Same company has been doing this for the last 20 years. 

Dryer vent cleaning will happen by the end of the month—individual owners to contact the cleaner as per recent emails.

Address numbers for above garage door and at the entryway have arrived and will be installed by Sean.

We will have No Trespassing signs in the front—will be supplied by the police.

At this point in time, everyone is up to date on their HOA dues.
